RAAS

Independent software products

Software that leaves a clear trail.

RAAS builds focused infrastructure for submissions, AI-assisted development, and public-works compliance—workflows where knowing what happened matters as much as getting the work done.

Three focused products

Different workflows. The same demand for clarity.

One captures what happens after a form is submitted. One examines what an AI coding session can actually support. One helps contractors review certified payroll before they sign. Each product is being built for work where missing records, missing context, or unverified assumptions become expensive.

Form infrastructure

Formtide

Everything after submit.

Formtide is being built as form infrastructure for humans and agents. One public endpoint receives valid entries, returns a durable receipt, and opens an inspectable delivery trail so teams can see what happened after submission.

For developers, product teams, agencies, and businesses that need dependable form submission infrastructure without building the entire delivery pipeline themselves.

ThruLine

Evidence for AI coding work.

ThruLine is being built to examine coding-agent records and connect claims to the evidence actually available in those records. It aims to help developers preserve continuity across sessions, inspect source receipts, surface unresolved work, and keep uncertainty explicit.

For developers and software teams using AI coding agents across long, interrupted, or multi-session projects.

Certified-payroll preflight
In development

Prevail.build

Review the record before the signature.

Prevail.build is being built as certified-payroll preflight and compliance evidence software for small public-works contractors and subcontractors. It is designed to help teams review payroll and timesheet records, identify inconsistencies before certification, and preserve the evidence behind corrections and resubmissions.

For small public-works contractors and subcontractors managing prevailing-wage and certified-payroll requirements with payroll exports, spreadsheets, timesheets, and manual review.

Prevail.build is decision-support and preflight software. Contractors remain responsible for reviewing, certifying, and submitting their records.

The shared principle

Important work should be inspectable.

01 · Capture

A submission should not disappear into a success message.

Formtide →
02 · Verify

A claim should remain distinct from the evidence supporting it.

ThruLine →
03 · Preflight

A record should be reviewed before someone is asked to sign it.

About RAAS

A small company building narrow systems.

RAAS is an independent product company. We build focused software for operational workflows where unclear status, missing context, or incomplete records can create expensive downstream problems.

Each RAAS product serves a distinct audience. RAAS provides the shared legal, technical, and operating foundation behind those products.

We would rather build one precise system for a real workflow than add another general-purpose layer that promises to do everything.

Operating principles

How RAAS decides what to build.

  1. 01

    Specific over generic

Build for a clearly defined workflow and user.

  2. 02

    Evidence over assumption

Preserve the source, status, and limits behind important claims.

  3. 03

    Honest states over manufactured certainty

Clearly distinguish complete, incomplete, supported, and unknown.

  4. 04

    Useful infrastructure over interface theater

The product must work beneath the surface, not merely look convincing.
