01Scope
This policy applies to raas.llc and to RAAS product websites and services as they become available. Where a product publishes its own acceptable-use terms, those terms apply to that product in addition to this policy.
RAAS products are in development. Many do not yet accept user content or data. Provisions about uploaded or processed data apply when and where such features exist.
02Prohibited uses
You may not use RAAS websites or services for or in connection with:
- Illegal activity, fraud, or deception
- Phishing, spam, or unsolicited bulk messaging
- Distributing malware or malicious code
- Credential theft or unauthorized surveillance
- Attempts to bypass access controls or authentication
- Harassment, threats, or abuse of any person
- Infringement of intellectual-property or privacy rights
- Interference with the operation, integrity, or availability of any system
- Unauthorized security testing (see the Security page for the permitted approach)
- Uploading or processing data without the rights and permissions required to do so
- Misrepresenting automated output as formal legal or regulatory certification
- Using any product to avoid a legally required human review, approval, or signature
- Reselling, sublicensing, or providing access to others without authorization
03Reporting
To report suspected misuse of a RAAS website or service, email hello@raas.llc with the subject “ABUSE REPORT — raas.llc.” Include the URL or service affected and a description of the conduct.
04Enforcement
RAAS may investigate suspected violations and may restrict or terminate access, remove content, or notify appropriate authorities where required or appropriate. Enforcement decisions are made proportionately to the conduct involved.
05Changes
RAAS may update this policy as its websites and services evolve. The “last updated” date will be revised when changes are made.
