Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how RAAS handles information in connection with the corporate website at raas.llc and email sent to hello@raas.llc.

RAAS is the public brand of the proposed company RAAS Labs LLC. Formation of RAAS Labs LLC in Delaware is pending.

Product-specific privacy terms will be published before any RAAS product begins handling customer data or accepting payment.

The current website is informational. It has:

• No user accounts or customer dashboard
• No checkout and no payment-card collection
• No customer file uploads
• No advertising pixels and no behavioral advertising
• No sale of personal information
• No newsletter by default
• No nonessential analytics by default
• No session-replay tools and no live-chat widget

Information you voluntarily send by email may include your name, email address, company, the content of your message, and any attachments you choose to include.

Basic technical and security information is processed when the website is served, and may include IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps, error and security logs, and hosting and network metadata.

We process this information to:

• Respond to inquiries
• Operate and secure the website
• Diagnose technical problems
• Prevent abuse
• Maintain business records
• Meet legal obligations
• Protect RAAS, visitors, and service providers

We collect only what is needed for the purposes above and we do not ask for information we cannot use.

We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, to maintain reasonable business records, or to meet legal obligations—not for an arbitrary permanent period. Email correspondence is kept while it remains relevant to an inquiry, relationship, or legal need. Server and security logs are kept for a limited operational period.

The website is served by third-party hosting and network infrastructure providers, and email is handled by a third-party email provider. These providers process technical data on our behalf in order to deliver the website and messages.

RAAS does not currently use payment processors, analytics vendors, or advertising networks on raas.llc. This policy will be updated to disclose any additional processor before it is introduced.

RAAS operates from the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, appropriate safeguards are relied upon for such transfers.

We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or a governmental request; to protect the rights, safety, or property of RAAS, visitors, or others; or to prevent or investigate abuse.

If RAAS or its assets are involved in a reorganization, merger, financing, or sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy or a successor policy that provides comparable protection.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted HTTPS transport for the website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Please do not send sensitive or regulated information through the general contact email unless RAAS has specifically requested it and provided an appropriate secure method.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal information. To make a request, email hello@raas.llc with the subject “PRIVACY REQUEST — raas.llc.” We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.

RAAS does not sell personal information.

The website is not directed to children under 16, and RAAS does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We will update this policy when our practices change, and we will revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes that affect how information is processed will be reflected here before they take effect.
